"Penny War" for Rock Island family

Augustana College is reaching out to a family who lost their home in a fire.

]The fire earlier this month ravaged the Harris' home in Rock Island. The family has three young children at Longfellow School, which is close to Augie's campus. To help them out, spectators at Augustana's women's and men's basketball double header with Elmhurst this Saturday will be asked to participate in a "Penny War" for the Harrises.

Any Longellow students and families can get into the game free if they donate. Tip off is at 5 pm.
