Just after midnight last night Sterling police received a complaint of vehicle windows being shot out. The initial report indicated that the vehicle was shot with a BB gun or a pellet gun. Once police responded to the scene, they found at least 6 more damaged vehicles, stretching from the 800 block of W. 7th St. to the 300 block of E 7th St. Sterling police believe the suspect or suspects were driving a Chevrolet Cobalt and were firing a CO2 powered BB gun.
