WIU Moving Forward with Construction Plan

Western Illinois University's Riverfront Campus is moving forward with Phase Two of its construction plan.

The university has accepted a bid on the $42 million project that will include a 95,000 square foot classroom complex.

Construction will begin once the construction contract is finalized.

The university hopes to have the complex ready to go by the fall of 2014.
