Middle schoolers in Clinton, Iowa will soon have a brand new school.
Monday night the school board approved a nearly $21 million bid to build the new school at 13th Avenue North and 16th Street Northwest. The school will combine 2 old and outdated middle schools. The project will be funded by the district's sales tax revenue. Construction is expected to start in March, with the school finished by July of 2014.
