Car accident in Davenport

Davenport police responded to an early morning car accident.

It happened in the intersection of 2nd and Gaines, just at the base of the Centennial Bridge.

Police tell us they are still investigating what caused the accident, but both cars appear to be totaled.

One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Others refused treatment at the scene.
