Miss Iowa finishes 5th

Burlington's Mariah Cary finished 5th Saturday at the Miss America Pageant.

However her answer to a question had her apologizing Sunday.

When asked whether marijuana should be legalized for recreational use initially, Cary seemed to say that she supported it only for medical purposes.

But later said it should not be used for anything but recreational use and health care.

Carey took to twitter today to apologize for the "slip up in words saying hope you all know what I meant."
