They help others find jobs, now they're going to need help themselves.
Seven unemployment offices in Illinois, including one in Galesburg are set to close in mid-March. Meaning 192 people across the state will lose their jobs. The offices are closing due to budget cuts and an improving economy. Folks can still get help finding jobs by going online to the Illinois Department of Employment Security's website.
