"No Stopping, Standing or Parking"

A new ordinance will ease traffic flow around Davenport's Central High School.

Wednesday night, city council passed the "No Stopping, Standing or Parking" ordinance along the North and East sides of Central High School between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. That affects 12th Street between Harrison and Main Street, and Main Street between 12th Street and Palmer Drive.

The ordinance will go into effect after spring break.
