The trial for the father of one of the missing Iowa cousins will be moving to Davenport.

Daniel Morrissey, father of Lyric Cook-Morrissey, is facing four counts of meth possession and domestic abuse in Black Hawk County.

On Monday Judge David Staudt signed a change of venue order moving the trial to Scott County.  The judge said that because of media attention Morrissey would not be able to get a fair trial in Black Hawk County.

Lyric Cook-Morrissey and her cousin Elizabeth Collins disappeared July 13th, 2012 from Evansdale, Iowa.  Their bodies were found December 5th.

A hearing will be held January 18th in Black Hawk County to determine the trial date in Davenport.
