One QCA animal shelter is asking for help.
The Clinton Humane Society has requested double their yearly budget of $65 thousand a year to care for the animals. They said they take in about 1,000 dogs and cats a year and can't care for them with such a small budget.
City council members were supposed to vote Tuesday night on whether or not to award the money no word yet on the decision. If they say no, the Humane Society said they'll have to go back to the drawing board.
