The Illinois House reconvened Sunday. The Senate returns Tuesday, the fight over same sex marriage and pension reform at the top of their to-do lists.
Sunday, a house committee voted down legislation requiring that some corporations make their income-tax bills public.
The senate approved the bill in November.
Democratic leaders say most Illinois corporations don't pay any income tax but state officials don't know who they are.
Several Republicans called it anti-business and anti-employment.
