A Burlington man is accused with providing the drugs that killed another man.
37-year-old Christopher Sereda has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of 38-year-old Chad Crow.
Prosecutors say Sereda sold Morphine pills to Crow in October, the next day crow was found dead from a drug overdose.
Sereda told investigators the drugs were only painkiller pills and not Morphine.
Sereda has also been charged with delivery of a controlled substance he is being held in the Des Moines county jail.
