Cedar Rapids work release escape

Police in Cedar Rapids are searching for man who walked away from a residential work release facility.

27-year-old Christopher Wright was placed on escape status today after he failed to return to the facility after finishing his employment for the day.

Wright is five foot ten, and weighs 205 pounds.

He has tattoos on both his arms as well as a scar on his neck.
