Search is on for top volunteer

Do you or someone you know go above and beyond to help others?

Well, the search is on for Illinois' top volunteers the state is accepting nominations for the 4th annual Governor's Service Awards. The Commission on Volunteerism and Community Service will pick one young person, one adult and one senior citizen from each of the states five districts. Nominations are due next month, the awards will be presented at the governor's mansion April 18th.
