UPDATE:
An Iowa City woman is dead after an accident on Interstate 80 Thursday morning.
Police say Shuying Guo was traveling westbound on I-80 near the West Liberty exit at 12:30 am when she lost control of herar and crossed the median into the eastbound lane.
Guo and her car were then hit by an oncoming semi. Both the eastbound lanes of I-80 didn't open until about 4 a.m.
An investigation is underway.

Lanes are back open along I-80 East bound this morning, after and accident shut them down for several hours.
The lanes were closed after an accident. We're still waiting to hear what happened.

I-80 Eastbound is closed starting at the West Liberty Exit. Traffic is being re routed down Highway 6 into Muscatine County and back up Highway 38 to I-80.
We're told this was because of an accident on I-80. We have no further details at this time, but we do have a crew on the way. Stay tuned to CBS4 News for more information.
