One QCA county is considering an ordinance that would punish hosts who allow minors to drink alcohol.
The Clinton County proposal is designed to discourage underage drinking at social gatherings. The host would be held accountable, even if they aren't present. Violators would face fines anywhere from $65 to $650, and could spend up to a month in jail.
