Winter Storm Has Little Impact on Drought

Last week's big snowfall didn't do much to help the drought.

The amount of Iowans in "extreme or exceptional drought" status fell 9%, down to 32 percent.

But the entire state is still in some form of drought.

In fact 62% of the entire continental U.S. remains in some form of drought.
