Thursday's snow storm really hurt one local charity. The Salvation Army's Red Kettle campaign lost 12 thousand dollars Thursday because it was just too cold and dangerous for bell ringers to be out. Now, with only days left to collect before Christmas, the organization needs all the help it can get. Saturday, Von Maur will match up to 10,000 dollars of what the Salvation Army collects that day to help make up for the loss.
