Vote on Financial Capital Plan in East Moline

East Moline could soon be changing the way it handles its finances.

Tonight the city council is voting on a capital improvement plan. This is the last step in an approval process that's been going on since November.

The goal is to create a financial blueprint that looks ahead for the next five years.
