With all the recent shootings it begs the question, how would you react to an attack?
It's mass shootings like the one Friday that cause everyone to play the "what if" card. Sheriff Jeff Boyd says incidents can be very different all depending on the situation, but he says the first thing you should always do is call 911.
He says it's also important to know your exit routes and have a plan, be it school, a mall, or a movie theater. If trouble starts, there won't be time to find the closest way out.
Another big tip boyd says is to be aware of your surroundings and people around you, if someone or something looks out of place, don't be afraid to say something.
