Illinois Youth Center Not Meeting Standards?

Are young, mentally ill offenders getting the help they need at one QCA facility?

Not according to a public watchdog group.

In a report released today, the group says officials need to move juveniles from the Illinois Youth Center in Kewanee because it's understaffed and doesn't provide enough treatments.

The 11-year-old facility cares for delinquent teens with severe mental health issues.
