A brand new Quad Citian came into the world on a very special day and time.
Meet 7 lbs. 11 ounces Orra. She was born in Davenport this morning at 12:12 a.m. on 12/12/2012.
After parents Ashton Kettering and Benjamin Smith couldn't make it to the hospital in time, they delivered the baby at home.
They didn't know she was born at such a special time until much later, but they say maybe the Orra knew.
"She came out pretty quick and in a hurry," says Smith. "I about dropped her but I got pretty quick hands."
The happy family says this will be one day they'll never forget for many reasons.
