RI Alderman Announces Plans for Re-Election

A Rock Island Alderman says he's running for office again.

First Ward Alderman Terry Brooks made the announcement Tuesday at the Martin Luther King Center in Rock Island. Brooks has held that position since 1997.

He says he needs more time in office because there's more he can do for the Rock Island community.

Brooks will run against Ivory Clark on April 9th.
