Bulldozer Accident Kills Driver

A construction worker is dead after his bulldozer tipped over along a busy QC street.

It happened around 9:00 AM Tuesday along Elmore Avenue near the Davenport Lowe's.

Police say Thomas McLachlan was in the bulldozer on a steep embankment, when it flipped over and crushed him.

Northbound lanes of Elmore were closed while emergency workers worked the scene.

Police are still investigating exactly how it happened.
