He's accused of trying to take a gun on a plane.
Now an Illinois senator is facing felony charges.
Donne Trotter was in court this morning, after he was arrested yesterday at O'Hare for allegedly trying to take a gun in his carry-on bag, on a flight from Chicago to Washington D.C.
He's now out of jail on $25,000 bond.
Trotter recently threw his name into the hat of potential replacements for Jesse Jackson Jr's congressional seat.
