Portion of River Drive reopens

When one road opens, another closes, that's been the saga of the River Drive resurfacing project. But this time, it's good news. East River Drive from Mound Street to Davenport's East city limits is now completely open. But there are still closings on the busy QC road. From Mound to Oneida is only open one lane in each direction, and Bridge Avenue at River Drive is closed for sewer work until December 22nd.
