Illinois lawmakers are back in Springfield for the last two days of the fall veto session.
The House is looking to override governor pat Quinn's budget vetoes that would force the shutdown of state facilities. They may also take the first step towards legalizing medical marijuana.
The Senate voted Tuesday to allow illegal immigrants to get driver's licenses. The bill will now move to the House.
But some key issues like fixing the state pension fund or allowing expansion of legalized gambling will wait until next year.
