Trial set for accused peeping tom

A trial has been set for an Iowa City landlord, accused of spying on his tenants in the shower.  Elwyn Miller, 63, goes to court in February for nearly a dozen counts of invasion of privacy.  Miller was arrested on Halloween after one of his tenants called police saying he was watching her through a hole in the ceiling.  Police also said he'd looked into the bathrooms and bedrooms of other apartments he owns.
