Wal-Mart in RI comes to a vote

The Rock Island Wal-Mart plans could become official Monday night. The council is expected to vote on selling the Watchtower Plaza property to Price Properties LLC. They're the ones planning on building the super center on 11th Street. The 20 acre property is expected to sell for $4,500,000.
