Sterling shooting suspect arrested in Chicago

Police said they've caught the man behind a shooting in Sterling, IL last week. Octavius Zackery, 35, was arrested in Chicago by U.S. Marshals Wednesday morning and taken to the Whiteside County Jail. He's accused of shooting a man in the area of 6th Avenue and East 5th Street. Zackery is charged with aggravated battery with a firearm.
