Jesse Jackson Jr. could get retirement benefits

Even though he resigned, Former Illinois Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. could still collect retirement benefits. Jackson would get up to $45,000 a year, but that's only if he's not convicted of one of several public corruption felonies. The Chicago Democrat resigned last week citing a medical disorder and acknowledging that he's under federal investigation, for misuse of campaign funds. Jackson hasn't been charged yet
