QC outdoor skating rink to be open by the weekend

Looking for something different to do this weekend?  How about ice skating?

Center Ice at Bass Street Landing in Moline is scheduled to be finished and open by Thursday or Friday.  It will be the only public outdoor skating rink in the Quad Cities. 

Also being built, is the Plaza Pub.  It will feature skate rentals, concessions, restrooms, big screen TVs, and a view of the skating rink.
