Sterling man arrested for sexual assault

A Sterling man is in jail, accused of sexually assaulting a girl at a party.Richard Fonder, 25, was arrestedMonday and charged with felony criminal sexual assault.

Police said they went after Fonder after a 20-year-old woman reported being sexually assaulted by him early Sunday morning.
