Fatal Tractor Accident in Cambridge, IA - CBS4 - WHBF Quad Cities, IL-IA News Weather Sports

A father was killed and his daughter injured in a tractor crash in Cambridge, Iowa. Authorities said the tractor rolled into a ditch pinning the nine year old girl. A neighbor walking by spotted the overturned tractor and called 911. The girl's family said she had surgery yesterday afternoon, and is expected to be ok.
"One of the things we're going to have to do is, of course, talk to the child once she is in better condition to find out exactly what happened, and then we will be able to go from there," said Paul Fitzgerald, Story County Sheriff.
A family member said the man was a father of three children. The daughter who was with him on the tractor wanted to help him work on the family farm.
