Sandy relief drive

It's been nearly a month since Superstorm Sandy slammed the East Coast, but folks there are still dealing with the damage left behind. 

That's why Davenport Community Schools, and other agencies are coming together to host a relief drive.  They're asking for blankets, flashlights, baby food, toiletries, and other essential items.  The drive is November 27th and the 28th.

Drop off locations are as follows:

Tuesday, Nov. 27:

8-11:45 am Wilson Elementary, 2002 N. Clark St.
12:15-1 pm Jackson Elementary, 1307 Wisconsin St.
2-3:45 pm Monroe Elementary and Smart Intermediate, 1934 West 5th St.
4-6 pm Downtown Partnership Office, Main & Second St.

Wednesday, Nov. 28:

8-9 am Harrison Elementary, 1032 West 53rd St.
9:30-10:30 am Sudlow Intermediate & Washington Elementary, East Pleasant St.
11-12 pm Adams Elementary & Williams Intermediate parking lot, 3040 N. Division St.
12:15-1 pm JB Young k-8, 1702 Main St.
2:30-3:30 pm Garfield Elementary, 902 East 29th St.
