Retired Davenport Police Captain admits to stalking Ex-Girlfriend

A retired Davenport Police Captain has admitted to stalking his ex-girlfriend. Kevin Murphy, 56, pleaded guilty . As apart of a plea agreement two of the burglary charges against him were dropped. Murphy broke into his ex-girlfriend's Davenport home back in February three times, but on one occasion he held his hand over her mouth and told her not to call police. He'll be sentenced on Jan. 10. Murphy who retired last year, was on the force for 33 years.
