Watch Where You Park on Black Friday

"If you don't belong there, don't park there."

That's the message from Illinois Secretary of State, Jesse White.

He says police are going to be cracking down this Black Friday on shoppers who park illegally in handicapped spots.

Violators could face hundreds of dollars in fines, or have their license suspended.
