Thanksgiving came a few days early at the Friendly House in Davenport.
More than 200 people enjoyed the free feast at the community center.
Students in an economics class at North Scott high served the guests.
Friendly House staff said it's a great way to get Quad Citians together.
"We believe we're stronger as a community. When we do things together and when we lift each other up, so that's what we're here to do today," said Mikael Gibson, head of marketing and development at Friendly House.
The annual Thanksgiving get together has been going on for more than three decades.
The Friendly House opens it's doors to all those in need.
