Iowa Lawmakers Preparing Marijuana Legislation

Could marijuana be legalized in Iowa?

State House representatives are preparing bills right now that would decriminalize pot and approve it for medical use.

If passed, those caught with marijuana would not be charged unless they were trying to sell it.

Governor Terry Branstad says he will veto any bill that would legalize marijuana for any use.
