Leclaire gets new police chief

The city of LeClaire, Iowa will have a new top cop. Sergeant Shane Themas has been serving as Interim Chief since the retirement of former Chief Jim Pfeiffer.

Themas will be sworn in at Monday night's city council meeting.

He has been an officer with the LeClaire Police Department for eleven years.
