On Sunday November 18, 2012
at approximately 6:45 p.m. the Caseys General Store (1334 Hwy 22, in Nichols,
Iowa) was robbed.
A lone white male entered the
store and brandished a knife, demanding the money from the cash register. The
suspect fled the store on foot with an undetermined amount of cash. There were two employees in the store at the
time of the robbery, neither were injured.
The suspect is described as a
white male, approximately 30 years of age, approximately 6 ft. tall, with brown
hair.
Anyone with information
concerning the robbery is asked to call the Sheriff's Office (563-263-6055) and
ask to speak with an investigator.
