Sex offender arrested for more sex crimes

A convicted sexual predator is now being accused of committing even more sex crimes.

Andrew Hay, 29, of East Moline was arrested Thursday. Police said he sexually assaulted a child more than once at a Moline home. He's facing multiple counts of sexual abuse and assault and is being held in the Rock Island County Jail on a half a million dollars bond.
