The feds are taking over the case of a QCA man accused of ripping off more than a dozen parade rifles. State charges are being dismissed against Bradley Widener. He's charged with stealing 14 parade rifles from the American Legion in Sabula, Iowa back in September. Each are worth about $650. Officials said most of the rifles had been disabled and couldn't fire, but are collector's items.
