Online insurance market place on hold in IA?

Despite looming deadlines, Iowa still doesn't have a plan to more forward with an online insurance market place.

The program is required under the Federal Health Care Law.

But, Governor Branstad said they still don't have enough information to get it started.

The deadline for states to confirm whether or not they will create their own health exchanges for consumers and small businesses is this Friday.
