Text scammers target QC Target shoppers

Quad Citians beware…there's a scam making the rounds.

Crooks are targeting cell phones, and sending texts to people saying they just won a shopping spree at Target.

Target reps say however, this is not true.

As a rule of thumb, never give out your personal information to someone you do not know.
