Jesse Jackson Jr. negotiating possible resignation

Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. may be on the verge of resigning.

Jackson, who's been away from Congress since June while battling mental illness, has also been under investigation for allegedly misusing campaign funds.

He's reportedly working on a plea deal that would include his resignation and possible jail time.

Jackson was re-elected to his Illinois congressional seat last week.
