Non-Profit will run Davenport casino?

We're learning more about how Davenport would run the newly purchased Rhythm City Casino. The city is looking at creating a non profit, called the Davenport Community Improvement Corporation. It will be run by a 7 person board, made up of community members, city leaders, and members of the Riverboat Development Authority. The board would be in charge of hiring people who would then run the land based casino. The non profit would act as a go between the city and casino.
