The crucial swing state of Iowa has had its Republican and Democrats hard at work and tonight it's all on the line.

In Scott County, both parties will be watching closely as results come in.

"We're not the largest county yet we have the opportunity to bring in the most votes that throw us over the edge so I recognize important we are and I don't undervalue the other swing states but little Iowa is very important," Susan Frembgen, Scott County Democrats Chair said.

Scott County Democrats are planning to celebrate at Jersey Grille in Davenport.  They said Barack Obama is a definite winner.

"We're very confident we're doing very well in Iowa and eastern Iowa and Scott County so we'll do out share to elect Governor Romney and I'm sure the rest of the country will do their share to elect Governor Romney today." Judy Davidson, Scott County Republican Chair said.

The Scott County Republicans will have their victory party tonight at their headquarters in Davenport.
