PREVIOUS STORY:

It's not just candidates on the ballots, one hot issue in Rock Island County is downsizing the County Board.

Voters were asked to decide whether or not the County should elect 15 members instead of 25.

The members would then come from 3 districts with 5 members from each.

Those for, said it would make the local political process more transparent, while those against said rural areas wouldn't be accurately represented.

We'll keep you updated on the results of the vote.
