It's official. East Moline is getting a new water tower.

It's official. East Moline is getting a new water tower. Monday Night, the city council accepted a bid for nearly 1.8 million dollars from contractor, Caldwell Tanks. The Mayor says the current tower is a safety hazard and has to come down. Construction is expected to start this Spring.
